ABA therapy careers in Utah
We believe it takes a village to help a child with autism learn and grow. Our team builds those villages every day, in living rooms, classrooms, and communities across Utah. We hire Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), behavior technicians, and BCBAs. If you want work that means something, we would love to meet you.
Day to day
What the work looks like
This is the kind of work our team does every day. Tell us about yourself, and we’ll reach out when there’s a fit.
Play-based 1:1 sessions. Most of our teaching happens through naturalistic environment training, which means sitting on the floor, following a child's lead, and building new skills around the toys and routines that child already loves.
Support at school. When a family's insurance permits it, our behavior technicians work at the child's school, helping with challenging behaviors and supporting new skills in the classroom and with peers.
Coaching for caregivers. Parents are part of the team. In individual and group sessions, we help families understand why behaviors happen and how to respond in ways that make learning stick.
Collaboration with other providers. Our staff consults with parents, school personnel, speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapists, so everyone in a child's village is working toward the same goals.
